Return Policy?
As a José Eber guest, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within fourteen (14) days of the postmarked delivery date. Restocking fee(20%) may apply.
Returns Process?
To return a product within the allotted time frame, place an inquiry to Manager@JoseEber.com stating the reason for return, and any images that would support your initial claim, if it applies. Package product as it arrived to you and please provide our team with the tracking number. Return address should be to the salon:

Are there any products that can’t be returned?
Yes. Sale and clearance items.

bought a product with a warranty?
Any product purchased with a warranty, should be addressed to TOL Products. They licensed the Jose´ Eber name/likeness and provided the said ‘lifetime warranty’. Information should be on the box but if you no longer have that physically, the information provided to us is:
