All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days
of the delivery date. There is a 20% restocking fee for
the items you are returning.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at: manager@joseeber.com to initiate your return. After receiving a response, place the item securely in its original packaging and please provide our team the tracking number of your shipment.

EXCEPTIONS
